What is the Access Card?
The Access Card (sometimes referred to as the CredAbility Card or a Nimbus Card) is a card like no other; we translate your disability/impairment into symbols that highlight the barriers you face and the reasonable adjustments you might need.
Think of it as a Disability Passport.
This then informs providers quickly and discreetly about the support you need and may gain you access to things like concessionary ticket prices and complex reasonable adjustments without having to go into loads of personal detail.
It's all based on your rights under the Equality Act and providers' responsibilities.

Free for Different Breed ® Customers
Free registration for the Access Card will allow for the purchase of access tickets exclusively through Different Breed ® experiences. If you would like more availability, You can upgrade to a full access card for £15 for three years.
Free vs Full Access Card
The free version of the access card unlocks the ability to purchase accessible tickets for events fulfilled by Different Breed ®. This is all you need to enjoy the seats you are entitled to and to get the most out of our experience.
However, a free access card does not entitle you to anything outside of the experiences we offer. But not to worry, Access card offer a great upgrade from the Free to Full Access Card which entitles you to all benefits from Different Breed ® and the following:
Recognised at venues across the UK & beyond.
Potential free companion tickets at events and venues across the UK.
Receive a Photo ID card with symbols relating to accessibility needs.
Informative online access directory.
Access to a closed Facebook Community group.

How Do I Verify Using My Access Card?

Linking your access card is nice and easy. Simply sign in to or create your Different Breed ® account.
Once signed in, click your name in the left hand side menu on desktop or the person icon on mobile. You also use this link to jump right to the section.
Once your reach the Access Passports section of your account, Click on the access passport you wish to verify and select Access Card as the verification source. Click the "Verify" button and enter the details provided on your card. Once entered click “Verify” and we will verify the details you provided.
If successful, That's all you need to do. You will now see in the eligibility table which options have been verified. Now to book tickets, simply ensure you are logged in and you will see the access tickets available to you needs.
If you encounter an issue, Please re-check you typed your details correctly and your access card is compatible with Different Breed ®. Please note free access cards for other ticketing providers are not valid on Different Breed ®. If you are still unsure, simply reach out to our support team and we will help sort the issue for you.

If you are not able to use online forms and would be unable, because of the nature of your impairment, to access online sales you do still need to register. Nimbus will be able to assist with telephone registration on 0330 808 5108.

You're able to upgrade your registration to a full Access Card application at the beginning or at the end of the application for just £15 for 3 years - just get in touch with the Access Card Team here.

You are entitled to purchase a single ticket per access card you have on your account. If you plan to purchase for a group, you will need to ensure each person has their own access card linked to your account.
For essential companion tickets, Simply select an essential companion ticket option for yourself and we will add the additional ticket for you to the cart ready for checkout.

We have no limit on the number of access cards you can link to your Different Breed ® account. We understand each person has different needs and we want to ensure we can cater for all.

Yes, we extend the minimum checkout time for all customers with a linked access card to 20 minutes to allow additional time to complete a purchase.
